  We stayed for one night after a day at chessington. We got into our room and the air con unit was broken. We then realised that the smoking area for a wedding party was outside our window and very noisy at 6.30pm. I went to reception as I assumed they'd just get louder as the drinking continued and we had to be up early. They let us switch rooms without any fuss and it was much better. We moved to a newly refurbished room which was very nice and the bed was comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely too.

  The reception staff and managers are useless. The bar staff are cool. The building is in need of major work, the rooms also. Cannot believe that somewhere like here is owned by Holiday Inn. Oh, and they don't allow Emotion Support Animals which is against the law. Find somewhere else to stay is my opinion.
